Terms and Conditions

All services, payments, warranties, and responsibility agreements are included in this Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed or allowed, the Client’s signature is necessary before getting components or services from DA Locksmith after examination and approval. Management approval is required for any permission involving an exception of agreement. Except as expressly stated in this document and the estimate, all other written or verbal statements are invalid.

SERVICES

The customer has authorized DA Locksmith to do the service in a timely and efficient way based on the quote.

The scheduling of all services will be based on availability. The customer understands and accepts that services will not be carried out in hazardous weather circumstances that might endanger both clients and technicians.

An On-Site Service Call is $30 for the metro area. The consumer is obligated to pay the fee when the technician has already arrived on-site unless canceled before the technician arrives. For outside metro areas, the customer is obligated to pay the service call even before the technician is en route to the customer’s location. 

Our Metro Area is as follows:

Bryan, Tx, and College Station, Tx

Arlington, Tx, Grand Prairie, Tx, and Mansfield, Tx

The timing and location of the service call determine its duration. Depending on the time and location, an extra cost will be imposed. 

PAYMENT AND BILLING (FEES)

Upon completion of the task, the customer is required to pay in full for all services obtained. The materials will remain the property of DA Locksmith until full payment is received. A member of management must authorize the authorization for the payment to be processed at a future date. The Client will review and approve the final product.

We take cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle, cash app, and checks (only for commercial customers) as payment. We do not take money orders as payment.

Before some of the project begins, a 50% payment is needed for the estimate or quotation.

Payment for the initial scope of services requested by a client seeking delayed billing must be paid upon completion. Clients who would have their bills postponed must first fill out what is called the “Business Credit Application.” After the customer gives their consent, they will be given the option to pay either net 15 or net 30 after the services are finished.

There is an automatic 5% late charge every month as per the conditions of the vendor/client billing agreement.

All court expenses and reasonable attorney fees spent for collection of outstanding amounts owing will be paid by the Client if payment for services is not made promptly. 

Liability and Warranty

Except for faults caused by misuse, vandalism, or other events beyond the control of the firm, DA Locksmith guarantees all hardware, labor, and services conducted for 30 days from the date of installation. Any work done by another locksmith, alterations to existing components, or work that has been tampered with will void the guarantee.

Products, hardware, or components bought from vendors other than DA Locksmith do not come with a guarantee.

Any components, hardware, or labor that are impacted by weather conditions will not be covered by the guarantee.
